We have extensive experience building parks and recreational facilities for local governments who need a little help managing contracts, inspecting sites, grant reporting & communicating with stakeholders. We also have experience in residential and commercial renovation and construction.

We have extensive experience navigating development while considering the Agricultural Land Reserve. For example, we can develop an Agricultural Land Reserve Interface Buffer Design Plan for your development to ensure that you are creating a development that will be a good neighbor to agriculture.

We have developed Agricultural Plans for local governments to provide strategic guidance, identify opportunities and challenges, offer practical solutions for the sustainable development of the agricultural sector and build localized food security and minimize risks from climate change.
Land Development
We specialize in small & medium scale rezoning & subdivisions and will work with other professionals to manage your project through the local government process. We have many years of experience in community development, land use planning and municipal policy. We will liaise with councils, boards, indigenous and local governments, regional districts, the province & federal governments to cover all of your bases.

We place a strong emphasis on compassion and understanding when executing effective and valuable community engagement, and pride ourselves in developing an honest rapport with clients and stakeholders. We have experience consulting with First Nations from project genesis to project completion.
Parks and Trails Planning
Building neighborhoods that are well connected to the natural environment and open spaces is our passion. We have extensive experience managing maintenance teams so we know to design something that is practical to maintain and sustainable on the long term. We work with developers to navigate local governments requirements for parkland dedication and develop parks and trails master plans that leave a lasting sustainable legacy to the community.
