Danaca is a collective of like-minded professionals with extensive and varied experience in land use & development in British Columbia. Our collective includes: registered agrologists and planners, qualified environmental professionals (QEP), project management professionals, communication specialists, and consultation professionals. We are all assisted by efficient administrative support staff and mapping professionals. All of these professionals have a proven track record of delivering creative and effective solutions for land use planning, development & environmental issues.

We have experience managing complex projects & pride ourselves on being great communicators with technical skills all the while generally being a lot fun to work with! We are leaders who facilitate consultation and cooperative relationships between people who need to be able to get along to achieve results.

We are based in Sooke, Victoria, and Port Alberni and serve all of central and southern Vancouver Island but are not limited by geography as some land development work can be done remotely. We have successfully completed Municipal Plan and Development Regulations Amendments in Newfoundland and Labrador.
