We provide scientifically-based consulting services and can assist you with the Riparian Areas Protection Regulation, environmental development permit areas, sediment and erosion control, ecosystem restoration and invasive species management.
Subdivision & Rezoning
We are an experienced multi-disciplinary land-use consultant focused on delivering creative & effective solutions for land planning & development. We specialize in small & medium scale rezoning & subdivisions and will work with other professionals to manage your project through the local government process. We liaise with councils, boards, local government staff, regional districts, the province & federal governments to cover all of your bases.
Agricultural Consulting
We have extensive experience developing parks and trails master plans, agricultural plans, and sensitive ecosystem development plans and environmental permits. We have extensive experience with the Riparian Areas Protection Regulation and can provide guidance for projects requiring notification or approvals under the Water Sustainability Act. We also have experience navigating development adjacent to the properties in the agricultural land reserve.
